Vendor Registration Summary:
Vendor Registration (includes one 6' table, and meeting registration, meals and cocktail reception for 1 vendor rep): $400

Sponsorship Opportunities (in addition to booth registration):
Gold: $375 (Includes 1st priority in booth location and vendor abstract selection, recognition on signage at the cocktail reception, on the CBAALAS website and newsletter, and a business card and full page ad in the meeting program)
Silver: $250 (Includes 2nd priority in booth location and vendor abstract selection, recognition on signage at lunch, the CBAALAS website and newsletter, and a business card and half page ad in the meeting program)
Bronze: $125 (Includes 3rd priority in booth location and vendor abstract selection, recognition on signage at the morning or afternoon refreshment break, the CBAALAS website and newsletter, and a business card ad in the meeting program)
Additional General Info:
Vendor abstracts: We have some time allotted in the program for vendor abstract presentations to introduce attendees to your company and products. Any company that purchases an exhibit booth may submit a vendor abstract for consideration but time is limited so not all abstracts may be accepted. Abstracts will be selected by sponsorship level and date of submission. If you are interested in presenting a vendor abstract, please submit an abstract submission form after registering. Hotel: The deadline to book a room at the discounted group rate has passed. Please visit the hotel website directly if you wish to book a room.
Parking: Free
Exhibit Space: Booth location will be assigned based on sponsorship level and date of registration. The vendor hall will be open to attendees Thursday from 7:30am to 3:30pm. Refreshment breaks will be held in the vendor hall as well.
Booth set-up: Set-up will be available Wednesday evening (September 21, 2022, 6pm-9pm) and 7-7:30am on Thursday (September 22, 2022). If you need to ship materials to the hotel in advance be sure to include "CBAALAS 9/21/22-9/22/22" and "Store in Elm Room" on the package. Contact the hotel directly with questions regarding shipping and storing materials to ensure your materials will be available when you plan to set up your booth.
Booth breakdown: Breakdown can begin after 3:30pm on Thursday, September 22, 2022.
Breaks are built into the itinerary to encourage attendees to visit the exhibits.
Raffle: Raffle item donations are always welcome and appreciated! Raffle items may be sent to us in advance or brought with you to the meeting.
