Vendor Registration Summary:
Exhibitor Registration (includes one 6' table and registration for 1 vendor rep): $495
Additional vendor rep(s): $125 per additional rep
Powerstrip: $50 per booth
Wireless internet: $35 (Free in hotel guest rooms but not for daily meeting attendees)
Sponsorship Opportunities (in addition to booth registration):
Bronze: $100 (Includes priority in booth location, recognition on signs at a refreshment break at the event, the CBAALAS website and newsletter, and a business card ad in the meeting program)
Silver: $250 (Includes priority in booth location, recognition on signs at lunch at the event, the CBAALAS website and newsletter, and a quarter page ad in the meeting program)
Gold: $500 (Includes priority in booth location, recognition on signs at the cocktail reception at the event, on the CBAALAS website and newsletter, and a half page ad in the meeting program)

Vendor abstracts: We have some time allotted in the program for vendor and scientific abstracts. Time is limited so not all abstracts may be accepted. If you are interested in submitting a vendor abstract for consideration, return the Abstract Submission Form by March 11, 2019. NOTE: Abstract slot is full. Thank you to those that submitted an abstract!
Hotel: Please note that the deadline for the discounted room rates has passed. Rooms at the hotel are available directly through the hotel or travel websites at the regular room rate. Parking: Discounted parking is available onsite with validation: $6 daily, $12 overnight
Shuttle: The hotel shuttle is available to/from O'Hare airport 24 hours a day, running every 1/2 hour.
Exhibit Space: Booth location will be assigned based on sponsorship level and date of registration. The vendor hall will be open Thursday from 7:30am to 5pm and Friday from 7:30am-11am. Breaks, lunch, and the cocktail reception will be held in the vendor hall as well.
Booth set-up: Set-up will be available Wednesday evening (April 10th) and before 7:30am on Thursday (April 11th).
Booth breakdown: Breakdown can begin after 11am on Friday (April 12th).
Breaks are built into the itinerary to encourage attendees to visit the exhibits. Lunch and the cocktail reception will take place in the vendor hall as well.
A technician fun fair will be part of our program this year to encourage attendees to visit the exhibit hall. Participating vendors can submit questions for the fun fair. We recommend having a special swag for fun fair participants that visit your booth.
Raffle prize donations and swag/literature for attendee registration bags are always welcomed and appreciated.
Peaceable Primate Sanctuary tour: Some attendees will be taking a road trip to Peaceable Primate Sanctuary, a retirement sanctuary for baboons and macaques. Vendor reps are welcome to register for this event as well.
